Susan Miller, President & CEO

Back in 1995, Susan recognized the strong need for dependable and reliable staffing and envisioned creating an executive search firm dedicated to staffing and recruiting in specialized practice areas. Susan's staffing firm has helped many businesses, large and small, in finding the best qualified professionals. Her company's success continues to be recognized by prestigious awards, including The Business Journal 2008 Industry Leadership Award.

A big part of Susan's success has come from her ability of building a staffing team of exceptional talents and loyalty. She feels strongly that the loyalty comes from creating an organization where everyone on staff brings unique industry experience. Susan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Nicholas Olive, Director of National Business Development and Recruiting

Nicholas brings over 12 years of full desk recruiting experience to Pinnacle Search Services. He has spent most of that time as the lead Business Developer liaison and recruiter for a large National multi-faceted search firm. He has worked with the smaller and medium sized organizations to the fortune 100 company over the years and has the experience and business acumen to tailor his approach to meet his client’s varied hiring needs.

As an executive recruiter, Nicholas built a solid track record that made him an invaluable member of our team. His experience as a full-cycle Executive Recruiter in a wide variety of industries, including, IT, healthcare, banking and insurance, with specific emphasis in finance and accounting working with top tier CFO’s lends to his expertise in building new business partnerships. Clients valued Nicholas’ ability to build that long-term trust and his keen sense of understanding their individual business needs in finding those long term solutions.

Nicholas graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul Minnesota and has a BA in Business and Finance.

Aimee McNamara, National Staffing Manager

With over 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience on a local and national level, Aimee is a valuable member of our team. She possesses a notable recruiting background and has worked with a wide variety of industries and at all professional levels. Prior to joining Pinnacle Search Services, Aimee was the Senior Recruiter for a national staffing firm where she was responsible for the entire recruitment process, starting from the new client requisition to employee placement and beyond. She has also been heavily involved with conducting resume writing and interview workshops for industry and academia. She is focused on creative and proactive sourcing techniques, relationship building, career counseling, and creating solid recruiting strategies. In addition, Aimee is highly focused on providing a high quality service to both client and candidate, and is determined to ensure that every placement will be a great fit all around.

Juelyie Lee, Senior National Staffing Manager

Juelyie has a diverse recruitment background including large agency management as well as corporate recruiting. As a Recruiter, Juelyie has built a solid record that has made her an invaluable member of our team. Her experience as a full-cycle executive Recruiter in a wide variety of industries lends to her expertise in building new creative recruitment solutions and recruitment strategies for small to large companies. Juelyie prides herself on having a thorough understanding of skill sets and culture fit for her customers and candidates to make a dynamic success in match for both parties.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Search Services, Juelyie was a Corporate Recruiter for a fortune 500 world-wide staffing firm. Juelyie graduated from Concordia University of St. Paul, MN with a BA in Sociology.
