Job Description:

We are in search of a Senior Staff Accountant with significant operational accounting experience. This person must have great passion for career growth. The senior staff account will have the following responsibilities; Budgeting, cash management, variance reporting, GL, AP, AR, Reconciliations, Payroll, Sales & Use Tax reporting, accruals, monthly closings, financial statement preparation, quarterly audits of inventory, yearend audit and work with CPA for annual taxes. The Sr. Staff Accountant will supervise an AP/AR clerk and a general accounting clerk. They will also supervise the accounting service in Mexico, the shelter company who provides accounting services for our client's company owned and managed Maquiladora factory.

Responsibilities:

10 Years of operational accounting experience
Must have worked for one company for at least 3 years in a similar role
Excellent computer skills with significant ERP systems experience
Highly organized, great multi-tasker, must enjoy fast pace environment

Compensation includes a base salary, incentive bonuses, medical and dental, 401k and 125.
