Location: Burbank, CA
Rate: $19-$24 hourly DOE
Summary:
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support a successful business executive in a small business environment. This individual must have exceptional senior executive assistant skills and expertise. Will report to the Principal, and interface with other office and house staff.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and maintain business and personal schedule/calendar and contact information..
- Coordinate travel arrangements, which include air, hotel, transportation, etc.
- Handle all correspondence, including typing letters and presentation materials, opening mail, responding to invitations, etc.
- Assist in preparation of event and meetings.
- Coordinate confidential company financial-related documents, complete forms, etc.
- Filing and entering documents into database.
- Coordinate interview schedules and screenings as needed.
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years related executive assistant experience
- Detail- and action-oriented, organized, possess excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong self-initiative, works well without supervision
- Excellent phone etiquette, correspondence, and communication skills
- PC skills, including typing, MSWord, MSExcel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, internet research and with some knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to handle stress associated with tight deadlines and deal with multiple projects in short time frames
