You can observe their work style and cohesiveness with your existing team, evaluate their skill level and ability to perform, and ultimately determine if they are the right fit. This is done without the usual risks associated with hiring. Once you find the fit satisfactory, you can convert a Pinnacle Search temporary to an employee with your organization. Fees are predetermined and will be on a sliding scale from start date.
